Richard BRUYERE, Managing Partner
Richard has been Managing Partner since end-2008. He is in charge of client relationship management and oversees all the Company’s market surveys and consulting projects. He has over ten years strategic consulting experience in the asset management, capital markets, private equity and infrastructure investment markets.
After graduating from HEC Paris, Richard contributed to the launch of the credit derivatives business at Société Générale before joining Credit Suisse First Boston (London), where he developed the structured credit business.
Prior to taking over I&F, Richard was partner and co-founder of Advention Business Partners, a Paris-based strategy consulting company where he ran the Financial Services, Infrastructure & Energy practices.
Richard has also founded and acts as Managing Partner of INDEFI, a strategic and financial advisory company dedicated to the infrastructure and private equity markets.He is also a partner of Finance Concepts, an advisory company offering consulting and training services in quantitative finance, model validation and risk management to financial institutions, hedge funds and service providers.
He is the author of the book “Les produits dérivés de credit”, the first publication on this subject in French which was awarded several times. An English version of the book, “Credit Derivatives and Structured Credit” was published by Wiley in 2005. Richard lectures on finance and capital markets at HEC (France's premier business school), at Université Paris-Dauphine (Masters in asset management) and at Université Paris-VI in the Masters (DEA) "Probabilité et Finance".
